Our Shipping Policy
All online orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of your order placement Mondays through Friday via USPS 2-Day.
Your order will arrive within 2-3 business days, generally between Wednesday & Friday of the same week barring US observed holidays. Please refer to your tracking information for the specific delivery date. If your order is placed after 10 AM CST on Friday, it will be processed and shipped the following week.
It's our duty to process your order and ship it out with a tracking number. If your order states delivered according to tracking we are not liable for its whereabouts beyond that. We recommend contacting the shipping agency USPS, UPS, or Fedex to locate your shipment.
Please ensure that you will be able to receive your kimchi order and refrigerate it immediately upon receipt as we are not liable for any damages that occur due to unattended packages.
During times of extreme cold or heat, we reserve the right to hold your order until we can ensure safer shipping conditions. If you opt to have your order shipped during such extreme weather Gangnam Kimchi cannot be held responsible for the condition of your kimchi once delivered.
If you cannot receive your package in a timely way, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can reship your packages at a later date.
Due to the sensitive nature of our kimchi, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses and must require a street address. At this time we are also unable to ship to APO addresses or outside of U.S.
